This place is in a good location and it was easy to explore nearby sightseeing spots. The room amenities were good and the washroom was clean. I enjoyed the balcony view, it was really pleasing. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. The room service was quite good as well. Additionally, the staff allowed us to keep our belongings at the hotel after we checked out for a few hours, which was really convenient.
This place is highly recommended for families.

This hotel is conveniently located near the gondola and ski slopes, making it an ideal choice for winter sports enthusiasts. The rooms have good heating, spacious bathrooms, and some even come with bed heaters. The staff is friendly and helpful, and room service is excellent. Guests can enjoy a tasty breakfast and sit out on the large common balcony. The hotel also offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
The views from some rooms may be obstructed by neighboring hotels.

The room amenities were excellent, with electric bed warmers and 24-hour hot water in the bathroom. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, providing prompt room service. The hotel's location was perfect for sightseeing, with easy access to all the key points of interest. We enjoyed the beautiful balcony view and the coziness of the rooms despite the cold temperature.
The food could use a bit of improvement, as it did not always taste as expected. we encountered some maintenance issues, such as broken steps and slippery stairs, which caused an accident.

The hotel location is ideal, near the Gandola station. Polite and helpful staff. Safe for families. Good rooms with spacious bathrooms and hot water. Nice common balcony and sit out. Delicious breakfast and excellent room service.

During my weekend stay, I found the hotel to be in a great location, just a short walk from the main attractions. One of the best aspects was the friendly staff who were always willing to assist and provided us with useful information about local sightseeing. the restaurant served tasty food that left us feeling satisfied after every meal.
There were a few negative aspects of our stay. The restaurant menu was limited, which made dining options a bit pricey.
